AA-04 Audio Alert

The Audio Alert system is a local public address system that audibly delivers a pre-programmed message when activated. The message is heard from a speaker integrated into the compact unit, which is triggered – either at start up or by movement being detected by a passive infrared detector built into the unit.

This speaking message can be up to 40 seconds long and can be set to automatically repeat as frequently or infrequently as required for up to an hour. The low voltage 24VDC sounder unit has an integral speaker and can be used either as part of a building system or Interlock® system or for virtually any other relevant application indoors.

Standard units, AA-04, are triggered at start up to deliver messages or triggered upon receiving a signal from a controller.

The audible warning device is contained in an attractive compact wall-mounted unit, and can act as a local public address PA system. The Audio Alert System makes life easier by delivering audible warning messages to complement visual warnings.

The provision of an audible message enables the loudspeaker feature to be incorporated into hospitals, offices, engineering establishments, doctor’s or dentist’s waiting rooms or other interior environments. The audible warnings or messages can complement any visual warning signs.

Integration into Building Systems

The Audio Alert is safe using just 24VDC power and can be integrated to any existing external building systems such as a PA system to provide an audible warning in addition to any visual warning signs being used.

Fully Custom Options

Pre-programmed at with virtually any message and volume adjusted during on-site installation or before delivery – the Audio Alert has an almost limitless applications indoors. This does virtually everything an interlocked automatic audible alert system should do.

The repetition and volume of the audible announcement can be adjusted internally during the installation process or in-house before shipment. To prevent tampering of the volume, the adjustment feature is kept within the unit. If the device is used in a temporary situation it can be returned to be reprogrammed with an alternative message.
